MY FIRST V LIVE EXPERIENCE

I don't believe in live interaction of idols and fans on any kind of social media. Menurut saya itu sudah filming sebelumnya dan disetel di waktu yang diinginkan. However, there are sooo many live recorded BTS video on Youtube. It doesn't look fun for me, karena mereka hanya ngomong sendiri di depan kamera menanggapi komentar-komentar fans. Why tho? Walaupun kadang ada content yang ditampilkan seperti Jin dan Namjoon beberapa waktu lalu main lego BT21 dan makan sandwich alpukat, which didn't look pleasing. Seriously, if you want to promote something, at least gave them something they like. They are human being, not your barbie doll.

But then, I got curious..

Apa sih sebenernya V LIVE ini? Kalau nonton video-video live sebelumnya, paling lama yah sejam lah mereka ngomong ngalor ngidul. Dan seringkali mereka melakukan v live agak tengah malam.

Coba ah.. 

And so I downloaded the V LIVE app kalau tidak salah sekitar tanggal 30 Agustus. Saya baru tahu kalo Jung Kook ulang tahun tanggal 1 September. Dan voila! Tanggal 31 Agustus malam muncul notifikasi bahwa Jung Kook melakukan V LIVE. Nice chance to experience V LIVE huh? Saya pengen tau ini beneran live atau siaran ulang.

Karena di live sebelumnya Jungkook kebanyakan kasih konser gratis atau makan-makan, so, saya hanya pasang headset ke telinga sambil kerjakan tugas sambil mendengarkan dia ngoceh. There were no subtitles, because they said it's a "LIVE" show, translator mana yang bersedia ketik subtitle sambil dengerin orang ngoceh gak jelas? 

Turns out, on his birthday, Jung Kook composed a song for ARMY! What a sweet person he is..

I fully conscious that even if it's live or "fake live", he wouldn't be able to see me. Only my comments, anyhow.. Watching him too close to the screen, and felt like he could see you, kind of intimidating isn't it? Haha.. his face, his charm and existance are too intimidating. I couldn't watch my screen for too long, yet I didn't want to close the app. Don't get me wrong, I didn't get any sexual arousal from that live show, and it doesn't mean that he's not attractive. You crazy? He's super attractive! It's just.. like I said, intimidating.

I couldn't close the app, I didn't want to close it, I did understand some of his words, thanks to my 2 weeks Korean language class 10 years ago, I couldn't recharge my phone because I left my charger up on my bunk bed and I still have something to do on my computer.

Setelah bikin lagu untuk fans, Jungkook lanjut dengan konser gratisnya, memilih lagu permintaan 20 juta netizen yang ikut live saat itu. And guess what? He went for more than an hour! And then Hoseok came to celebrate his birthday, and leave him alone again. After around on LIVE for 1,5 hours he said, "OK, this is the last song.." but then he keep on going for the next hour. Was he waiting for someone or he's just being so grateful for having us with him? It was my first V LIVE, and I guess the longest LIVE show i've been watching in my whole live.

Anyway, about the "fake live" that I accused before, I wasn't sure anymore. I don't know if this is just coincidence or he did notice my comments. After long hours of singing, I didn't see him having any sip of water, so, I sent so many messages, "Jeykeeeyyy... go drink some water..", and he did! Was it magic? Was he thristy? 

 

Anywhoo..

Happy birthday our baby Jungkook, I guess you're not a baby anymore. Stay healthy and humble, God bless you guys, may all your wishes come true..

Saya tidak terlalu terganggu bagaimana Hybe hanya mendekor ruang live itu dengan beberapa foto Jungkook dan tulisan happy birthday Jungkook, juga cake sederhana dengan tulisan "Still with you JK". I thought it was a brilliant move! You know, he's loved by the whole world, fans all over the world made so many special luxurious events for his birthday, and Hybe just being sarcastic by not making him that special. It's like saying, "He's our Jungkook, our 15 yo Jungkook who now turns 25, so what? He's special everyday, let's not making it special today..", well.. that's just my thought, just get angry as you like, it won't change anything.. hehe..

Atau kenapa Taehyung tidak mengucapkan selamat ulang tahun secara online. People just need something to talk about. Sama seperti saat Elizabeth Olsen tidak mengungkapkan duka cita secara online saat Chadwick Boseman meninggal. It reminds me of the good old days, where people were actually showed congratulations or condoleces physically and no one need to know how we feel, and no one can judge.
